Our Company

The company is the Polish branch of the international publishing holding FORUM MEDIA GROUP and is engaged in publishing books, magazines, software, as well as seminars and training courses.

Additional data, such as your company address or VAT ID number, are provided in connection with sales transactions of publications, software, or training purchased through our website. We also obtain data through complaints submitted by you or your contact with us via our Customer Service Office.   • Registration in the website → as long as you remain registered (until account deletion); afterwards, data retained for accountability and limitation period (max. 10 years)
  • Marketing consent → until you withdraw consent; afterwards, retained as above (max. 10 years)
  • Sales transactions → during the contract, and afterwards for accountability/legal obligations (max. 5 years)
  • Inquiries/complaints → as long as necessary to respond; if you are registered, same as above
  • Data from cookies & marketing base → as long as you are our client, and for 5 years after last activity

WHO IS THE RECIPIENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We share your data only when necessary to fulfill services you ordered. We do not sell or commercially disclose your data to third parties. Data may be transferred to:

WHAT IS THE RIGHT TO OBJECT?
