Decoding market entry in Poland

Gianfranco was appointed as Executive Director of TMF in Germany as per November 2022. In this role he is leading the service delivery for the Frankfurt and Munich office with staff specialized in accounting-entity management, and HR and Payroll services.

He has 25 years of experience and has been working as an auditor with PwC (Italy and Germany) for 11 years and is with TMF Germany since November 2009. He is fluent in English, German, Italian and French.

Adrian Nowak, Attorney-at-Law and Senior Supervisor at TMF Group, specializes in Polish corporate law, aiding multinational businesses in market entry and compliance. Holds a law degree from the University of Silesia.

Monika Dudek, Senior Accounting Manager at TMF Group Poland, boasts over a decade of experience in financial reporting and tax compliance, guiding companies through Poland's financial & tax reporting landscape since 2011.

Małgorzata Brauckmann-Sajkiewicz is an advocate and counsel at CMS Poland, with deep expertise in tax aspects of M&A and cross-border investments in Poland. She advises international clients on tax planning, structurings & restructurings, and risk management. She speaks German and as a leading member of CMS German Business Group she regularly handles matters for German-speaking clients investing in Poland.

Aneta Sierant is an Expert at the Polish Investment & Trade Agency (PAIH), where she has been supporting foreign investors since 2019. She focuses on projects from German-speaking countries, as well as from China, fostering bilateral economic relations and promoting Poland as an attractive investment destination.

Before joining PAIH, she gained professional experience in international business, as well as at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland and the Embassy of Poland in Beijing. She holds degrees in Sinology and German Studies from the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg.
